WIT Indonesia and BINUS SCHOOL Surabaya Collaborate to Explore AI & Automation in Port Operations​

On April 27, 2025, WIT Indonesia partnered with BINUS SCHOOL Surabaya to host a seminar titled “AI & Automation on Port Operation: How HR Can Prepare for a Workshop” at the Excotel Design Hotel in Surabaya. This event was part of the post-event collaboration following CITCOM CONNEXT 2025, aiming to delve into the integration of artificial intelligence and automation within port operations and the pivotal role of human resources in this transformation.​

The seminar featured Alexandre Trespach Nenes, Founding Principal of BINUS SCHOOL Surabaya, who emphasized the importance of aligning educational institutions and the workforce with the evolving demands of AI-enhanced industries, particularly in port logistics. Moderated by Irfan Arsandi, CEO of WIT Indonesia, the session provided insights into how HR professionals can effectively prepare their teams for the technological advancements in port operations.​
