Human Capital Management System

One system for HR, learning, and internal operations.

HCMS runs HR administration, performance management, learning, internal communication, and IT support for multiple companies at once, from a single platform with permission control down to the individual position.

One Platform, Multiple Companies

Built for a group of companies, not just one

HCMS manages several legal entities and their branches inside the same system, with content, attendance, and KPIs filtered by company and work area throughout.

This is the exact scale the system runs at today, not a projection.
4Companies managed in one system
24Active branches tracked in attendance
93Access configurations by property and position
2Content layers: CMS for admins, live view for employees

Branches span multiple cities across Indonesia, all tracked in the same attendance system.

Why It Matters

From five scattered tools to one system of record

Every company you manage brings its own spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and paper trails. HCMS replaces the patchwork with one platform that scales as you add companies and branches.

AttendanceManual recap, one spreadsheet per branch
Performance ReviewEmailed forms, tracked in someone's inbox
AnnouncementsScattered across WhatsApp groups per branch
Access ControlShared logins, no record of who can see what
IT RequestsChat messages that get lost in the thread

The admin layer that manages content shown to every employee.

Dashboard / Home

The first screen after login, built around daily engagement: a profile summary, a content feed, and a personal training snapshot, laid out in three columns.

  • Profile card with photo, daily streak, total points, and level badge
  • Mini calendar with a link to the full schedule
  • Welcome banner with a filterable feed: All, Announcement, Training, Activity
  • Training statistics: courses completed, average score, participation rate
How Content Flows

One entry point, two ways to use it

Every content-driven module has two layers: an admin side that creates and edits, and a live view employees actually read and interact with.

CMS (Admin)

Create, edit, and delete content: company profile, announcements, training material, rewards, and more, from a dedicated CMS menu.

User View

Employees read and interact with the same content through the module's main menu, filtered to what their role and company allow.

Example: an admin publishes a course under CMS → Learning Development → Training Path. Employees see and enroll in it under Learning Development → Training Path.

Ready When You Are

Give every company you manage one system, not five spreadsheets.
