One system for HR, learning, and internal operations.
HCMS runs HR administration, performance management, learning, internal communication, and IT support for multiple companies at once, from a single platform with permission control down to the individual position.
Built for a group of companies, not just one
HCMS manages several legal entities and their branches inside the same system, with content, attendance, and KPIs filtered by company and work area throughout.
Branches span multiple cities across Indonesia, all tracked in the same attendance system.
From five scattered tools to one system of record
Every company you manage brings its own spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and paper trails. HCMS replaces the patchwork with one platform that scales as you add companies and branches.
Everything HR and internal operations touch
Ten modules, from onboarding to IT support, all governed by the same access rules. Click a module to see what it covers.

Dashboard / Home
The first screen after login, built around daily engagement: a profile summary, a content feed, and a personal training snapshot, laid out in three columns.
- Profile card with photo, daily streak, total points, and level badge
- Mini calendar with a link to the full schedule
- Welcome banner with a filterable feed: All, Announcement, Training, Activity
- Training statistics: courses completed, average score, participation rate
One entry point, two ways to use it
Every content-driven module has two layers: an admin side that creates and edits, and a live view employees actually read and interact with.
CMS (Admin)
Create, edit, and delete content: company profile, announcements, training material, rewards, and more, from a dedicated CMS menu.
User View
Employees read and interact with the same content through the module's main menu, filtered to what their role and company allow.
A closer look at four modules
Daily attendance, by branch
A real-time view of who's in, who's out, and where, across every branch tracked in the system.
Example screen. Also breaks down leave, permission, and sick-leave rates per branch.
Learning monitoring dashboard
How training is actually landing: completion, scores, and enrollment, in one admin view.
Example screen. Also ranks the top training paths and events by engagement.
IT ticketing, kanban-style
Every request tracked from submission to resolution, with priority and ownership visible at a glance.

Example screen. Tickets carry a due date, checklist, attachments, and a comment thread.
Rewards and gamification
Points earned from engagement translate into a leaderboard and redeemable rewards.
Example screen. Leaderboard can be filtered by work area, department, or position.
Permission down to the position, not just the role
Access is controlled by combining Property, Position, Module, and Operation (create, read, update, delete). Pick a role to see a simplified view of what they typically reach.
Simplified view based on observed usage patterns, not a confirmed permission list. Final authority always sits in the Access Management configuration.
Give every company you manage one system, not five spreadsheets.
