Alaya Spa & Wellness is a spa and wellness service provider that has been operating in Indonesia since 2009. Alaya Spa & Wellness as a trusted brand in over 100 hotels across Indonesia, fostering strong partnerships that drive innovation and advancement. These collaborations have enabled Alaya Spa & Wellness to compete effectively among numerous similar services in Indonesia, maintaining its competitive edge to this day.

Approach

The website and mobile application were meticulously crafted for their management team to efficiently handle every aspect of operations, including the booking order process, therapist scheduling, and POS cashier functions. We’ve also developed back-office management, including purchasing, receiving, employee transfers, inventory transfers, and financial reporting. Throughout this process, we utilized Golang, Next.js, and PostgreSQL as our primary technological foundations.
