This is a full-time role for a Junior DevOps Engineer at WIT. The role will involve tasks such as developing CI/CD pipelines, implementing and managing Kubernetes clusters, core infrastructure, applying networking principles, managing DevOps pipelines and more.

Qualifications

Minimum education (SMK) or equivalent with minimum 1.5 years of work experience (Full-time). Master the Linux or Windows operating system.

 

Responsibilities 

• Develop CI/CD pipelines, Data pipelines, Infrastructure as code using Shell, Bash, Python or other scripting language.
• Architect, implement and deploy secure, scalable Cloud and Edge Solutions.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters and resources.
• Implement core infrastructure, networking and cloud and edge-based services for business teams or consumers.
• Implement alarm and monitoring systems for cloud and edge solutions.
• Apply networking principles and technologies (DNS, Load balancers, Reverse Proxies) for edge and cloud resources.
• Apply cyber security principles and technologies (Certificates, SSL, Key vaults) for edge and cloud resources.
• Manage DevOps pipelines, tools, and security.
• Estimate hardware, resource, storage needs and related cost.
• Perform analysis, troubleshooting and remediation techniques for edge and cloud hardware and software.
• Produce documentation to aid both customers and team members related to the solutions and products.
