As a distributor of Toyota vehicles, TAM manages a vast network of dealerships and service centers, ensuring high standards of operation. With a growing workforce and an ever-evolving automotive market, TAM faced the challenge of maintaining consistent training and skill development across its organization, driving the need for a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS).
