The goal was to streamline the ticket purchasing process for users while providing event organizers with robust tools for managing their events.

To tackle the challenges of the ticketing industry, Kiostix embarked on a project to develop a comprehensive ticketing website, inspired by successful platforms like Traveloka. The project, titled “Kiostix Ticket & Event Platform,” aimed to enhance user experience, improve event visibility, and facilitate seamless transactions.

Key Features Implemented:

User-Friendly Interface: The website was designed with a clean, intuitive layout that allows users to easily navigate through events, search for specific attractions, and purchase tickets with minimal effort.
Event Management Tools: Event organizers were provided with a suite of tools to create, manage, and promote their events. This included options for setting ticket prices, managing seating arrangements, and tracking sales in real-time.
Secure Payment Gateway: To ensure the safety of transactions, a secure payment gateway was integrated, allowing users to pay using various methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets.
Mobile Responsiveness: Recognizing the increasing use of mobile devices for online transactions, the website was optimized for mobile access, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.

Promotional Features: The platform included options for promotional discounts and early bird pricing, encouraging users to purchase tickets in advance and boosting sales for event organizers.
