Background 

Lintasarta, an Internet Service Provider dedicated to providing reliable internet services, embarked on a Manage Service project in 2020 that focused on improving SD WAN services for OCBC NISP. In an era where connectivity has become a crucial aspect of corporate operations, this project emerged as a holistic solution that deeply understood OCBC NISP’s specific network and SD WAN needs. The project approach included a thorough analysis of the security level, connection speed, and reliability of the network.

 

Approach 

The solution design process is geared towards developing a system that not only fits the client’s needs, but can also be integrated with the existing infrastructure. Implementation was done in phases, minimizing the impact on OCBC NISP’s daily operations, while ensuring trials and validation to achieve optimal performance. Management and maintenance were the focus, with service provision that included proactive monitoring, early detection of problems, and prompt handling of incidents.

 

The positive impact of the Manage Service project is evident. The equipped SD WAN connection ensures availability and reliability, effectively supporting OCBC NISP’s operations. The implementation of advanced security measures enhanced the protection of sensitive data, while regular maintenance and proactive monitoring reduced downtime.
